Healthy Work Culture
Harrassment of volunteers, verbal or otherwise, will absolutely not be tollerated in any regard. Volunteers are treated with utmost respect and are expected to project the StudiVolt brand in a similar light.
REQUIREMENTS TO TUTOR AT STUDIVOLT
TUTORS MUST BE STUDENTS CURRENTLY ATTENDING AN ONTARIO HIGH SCHOOL AND MUST NOT HAVE COMMITED A FELONY FOR WHICH THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PARDONED
Backround
Knowledge
Tutors must possess basic knowledge of the major programming principles and should be aware of basic Python syntax. Training will be provided in the interview conducted.
Culture
Tutors must be willing to show and recieve respect to and from clients respectively. Volunteers are expected to have knowledge of basic email ethics and should act decently.
Interview
Tutors must be willing to attend a virtual interview to recieve a backround check and be informed of basic StudiVolt protocols and culture.
